10 foods that stimulate your metabolism and help you lose weight

    I have to admit that I was doing 8 of the 10 but I stop doing it now
    I gain 13.6lbs back.I was wondering what happen..the 2 I was not doing
    was lemon in water and apple but sometime i eat an apple but i barely ate it

    I believe this actually works. My mother is heavy set and the women on my dads side have a slight problem with weigh fluctuation…. before I was 160-165 lbs…. while on my “diet” (that I didn’t even realize I was on) 138 lbs.
    Back in high school my daily thing was…
    1. a bag of hot cheetos … too much and my stomach hurt alot.
    2. I didn’t eat berries but I had a fruit bowl everyday at school.
    3. I rarely ate but I ate fish every chance I got…it was awesome!!!
    4. Everyday I would have a salad for lunch at school, celery always included an I always had a bunch at home.
    5. I never had water with lemon or tea with lemon….not big on the lemons….I might try it now.
    6. Every morning I would get a bottle of citrus water and every afternoon I would have a bottle of wildberry water with lunch and dinner.
    7. I only ate breakfast on the weekends… if even….but it was always oatmeal (maple brown sugar ;-) ).
    8. A salad every lunch included cauliflower and broccoli, I can’t stand cabbage, and I could barely get te broccoli down let alone the cauliflower. lol
    9. That was my lunch on weekends and dinner when i was feeling lazy. A can of chicken noodle or tomato. DO NOT EAT RAMEN! that stuff will make you fat no matter your diet.
    10. Apples weren’t really my thing, I’m more of an orange girl myself… I only ate them every now and then.

    So over all….ruffly 7 out of 10. But be careful to keep at what your doing…. if your not careful it’ll all come back out of nowhere. duh du duh!!!!
