3. They want to find the right one – Men do not marry because they have been busy searching for the right one. They think that everything is still a passing time because they are still waiting for their soul mates to arrive. Men are actually romantic at heart. They also believe in destiny and soul mates. They think that their soul mates are the one who can accept them for who they are and will not judge them in any way.
These three main reasons will help you realize why men do not want to get married. They have their own reasons, and there is nothing you can do but to accept it.

There are several reasons that men don’t want to get married in today’s society.
We want a woman with traditional values. That means that we don’t like feminists. We don’t like a defiant woman. Watch some old episodes of shows like Father Knows Best. That’s the kind of wife that we want. We want our Donna Reed, or Jane Wyatt. I recently heard in the news that households where the husband and wife share equally in domestic chores have a much higher rate of divorce than in households where the husband and wife follow more traditional roles where the wife does the the majority of the housework.
We don’t like a woman who thinks it’s her duty to control us or nag us to death. We are not a renovation project that needs to be completely changed or altered in order to be acceptable. If you can’t accept us the way that we are, then maybe your standards are unrealistic and unreasonable.
We don’t like an independent woman. An independent woman thinks that she can support herself and doesn’t need a man. Which means she will divorce you in a heartbeat. We want a woman that depends on us just as much as we depend on her.
Half of all marriages today end in divorce. With statistics like that, we are hesitant to jump into a “permanent” relationship with a woman in a society where women are encouraged to divorce him and take him to the cleaners.
Half of all kids live in single-parent homes. That means that there are a lot of dads out there paying child support to a woman who thinks she can adequately play the role of both mom and dad to his kids. The kids always end up getting short-changed in the deal and seldom ever have their feelings considered. How many kids WANT to grow up without a dad?
Too many women are watching soap operas and think it’s okay to cheat on their husband, just because they see it several times a day on television. If you are married to a guy and the relationship isn’t going well, then you need to work at it harder. Having an affair with some other guy isn’t going to make your marriage better. It just shows that you are of low moral character, and are probably the cause of your problems. The other guy probably isn’t going to leave his wife anyway, and will just string you along as much as he can. He doesn’t want a divorce because his real wife will just take him to the cleaners.
